Purpose
On this page, you will find the definitions of the specific ticket “Status” values used by DataHub Support your tickets progress toward resolution.
You can track the statuses of each of your tickets on this page (you must be registered on our Support site).
| Status Name | Definition |
|---|---|
| Open | DataHub's Support staff is working on your ticket. |
| Acknowledged By DataHub Team | DataHub Support assignee is actively investigating potential solutions. |
| Escalated | DataHub Support is working with additional internal teams to resolve the issue. |
| Awaiting your reply | More information has been requested. We may need additional details or materials from you in order to resolve your issue. |
| Solution In Upcoming Release | A fix for the reported issue will be included in a scheduled release. Check your ticket for more information about the release number, and timing of the release. |
| Solved or "Solution Suggested" |
Your issue has been addressed, and/or a reasonable and effective solution has been provided.
