Issue
Users were unable to add or select domains when configuring compliance forms. The domain selector in the compliance form builder would not function, preventing users from scoping compliance requirements to specific domains or allowing domain-based form assignment.
Solution
The domain selector in the compliance form builder has been fixed to properly display and allow selection of domains. The issue was related to how the domain dropdown component loaded and filtered available domains.
To add domains to compliance forms: 1. Navigate to Governance > Compliance Forms 2. Create or edit a compliance form 3. In the "Scope" or "Assignment" section, click the domain selector 4. Select one or more domains to scope the form 5. Save the form configuration
Domain-scoped compliance forms will now: - Apply only to assets within selected domains - Be visible to users based on domain membership - Support multi-domain selection - Properly filter assignees by domain
Additional Notes
Fixed in version v0.3.12. Compliance forms notifications were also introduced in v0.3.12, allowing assignees to receive email and Slack notifications for form assignments.
